Wondrwood Presents: The Golden Snack Board Challenge - A Food Photography Competition. 

Summary:

How to Enter (quick version, see additional details below):

1. DM @wondrwood “I’m In” to get your complimentary* Black Walnut Board + Mystery Item. These will be your props.

2. Share a photo of your ultimate snackboard (using your board + mystery item) to your IG feed before November 29th. The earlier the better! 

3. Include "This is my entry to the #Goldsnackboard" and tag @wondrwood in your caption.

Prizes and Winners:

There will be 3 winners for this challenge. Prizes for the winners are as follows:

• 1st Place Winner - $250 Wondrwood Gift Card 

• 2nd Place Winner - $150 Wondrwood Gift Card

• 3rd Place Winner - $75 Wondrwood Gift Card 

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

• Winners announced via @wondrwood on Instagram on January 9th, 2026 at 6:00 pm GMT.

 

Terms and conditions: 

1. Eligibility

• Open to invited participants aged 18 or older with a public Instagram account.

• Participants must live in the following regions: (Mainland USA, UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia, Canada, Central and South America). If you do not live in one of these regions, please DM us and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

• We are accepting a maximum of 30 entrants. 

2. Entry Requirements (Important, Please Read)

To enter, participants must do all of the following:

• Post an original photo on Instagram to your feed featuring the Black Walnut Serving Board + the Mystery Item(s) (additional Wondrwood product) as your main subjects/props. It can be a video (reel), a static-image post or a carousel post.
  
• Your post caption must include the following "This is my entry to the #goldensnackboard challenge". Please tag @wondrwood in the caption and in the post directly, so we don't miss your entry. 
• Posts must be uploaded by no later than December 31st 11:59 pm GMT and must remain publicly visible for the duration of the challenge (until the winner is announced). 

 

3. Voting and Winner Selection

The voting will be done in two phases:

• Phase 1: Determine 6 runner-ups out of all 30 (max) entries. This will be done with a public voting system on our website. You can ask your friends, family and followers to vote for your entry between the 1st and 7th of January 2026. 
  
• Phase 2: Determine the final 3 winners. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be chosen out of the 6 runner-ups. This will be decided via a public poll on our Instagram Story on January 7th-8th. 

  • The entry that gets the highest number of votes will be declared the winner. The next highest will be 2nd, and so on for 3rd. 

  • In case of a draw/tie, a winner will be randomly selected from the drawing participants. (Eg: If two participants are tied for 3rd place, one of them will be randomly selected as the 3rd place winner).

4. Winner Announcement

• Winners will be announced via the Wondrwood Instagram Account (story and feed post) on January 9th at 6:00pm GMT 
• The 3 winning posts will also be reposted to our Instagram account in a carousel post and our stories as part of the announcement. All reposts will be credited. 
  

• The post receiving the highest number of votes will be declared the winner.
  

5. Content Guidelines

• Entries must be original, created by the participant, and must not include any inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content.

• We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that doesn’t align with our brand values or the goal of the competition. (Eg: If it is not a snack board with food but instead is only a shoe on a board, for example). 

6. Rights and Permissions

• By entering, participants grant Wondrwood permission to repost, share, or feature their content (we will credit any use of your content) and Instagram username/handle on our social media, website, or marketing materials. 
  

• To enter, you will need to provide us with your name (or an alias) and shipping address in order to receive your Black Walnut Serving Board + Mystery Item necessary for the competition. This information will not be shared publicly and will only be used to receive your products. 

7. General

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

• Participants release Instagram from any liability related to this contest.

• Wondrwood reserves the right to amend or cancel the challenge at any time without prior notice.

• All participants can keep their Black Walnut Serving Board and Mystery Item after the challenge.
