Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would first of all like to apologise in advance as we aim to provide top quality service at Wondrwood and we will do our very best to make it right for you. Please read the following terms carefully in order to determine if you are eligible for a refund or return.
Returns:
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order arrival, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
Only items that arrive broken, damaged, not as described*, missing components and/or accessories or items that do not arrive** are eligible for a refund or return.
*As our products are made using natural materials (ie wood, cork, bamboo, rattan) occasionally, there can be some small differences in sizes, colouration and patterns. We take great care to ensure that all items are of the highest quality, but if you receive something that for any reason is not as described or shown in the photos, simply let us know and include some photos of the product in your message and we will replace or refund the item, whichever you prefer.
If you would like to return or get a refund for an item that is not as described on our product page, please note that in order for us to process it, we do require photographs or a video of the item(s) in question to confirm the difference. This includes but is not limited to: sizing and finish or colour of the wood.
**Non-arrival applies if and when your order or part of your order fails to arrive within a maximum of 70 days after the order is placed. Please note, non-arrival does not apply if delivery attempts are made (and failed) within this timeframe, or if the failure to deliver is due to an internal error within your local delivery company or courier service.
We recommend keeping an eye on tracking updates once your order is shipped for up to date delivery ETA. Tracking updates are accessible via the 'View my order' button in your order confirmation email.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used eating/drinking/cooking utensils and tableware (unless they are sealed in their original packaging), Gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that our refund policy does not apply to change-of-mind. We ask you to kindly observe all product size dimensions carefully on each specific product page before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or return for size-related issues (unless caused by manufacturing error).
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wondrwood.com.
Order Cancellations:
At this time, once an order has been processed, unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order or offer a refund.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will then be aware that you have returned the item.
Shipping:
If a refund for a return is applicable, the customer may be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over USD $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
