Dispatch Time:

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Please note, if your order is placed on a Friday, it is typically dispatched on the following Monday. Dispatch time is not indicative of overall shipping time. This is the time between your order being placed and it getting packaged up and shipped. See shipping estimates below.

If you would like to change the details of your shipping address, kindly ensure that you contact us as soon as possible so we can amend it for you.

Shipping Times:

At present, the average shipping time for our collections of all Glass Jars, Plates, Bowls and Boards is between 6-20 days worldwide, depending on your location and region.

For our other products, delivery time may differ, please see the tables below for more information.

We are in daily contact with our logistics team to ensure that all orders arrive on time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Free Worldwide* Shipping For All Orders Over $99 **

For orders under $99, shipping rates start at $4.99 and are based on weight. This is calculated at checkout automatically. If your order has a value of over $99 it will ship for free no matter how much it weighs. For reference, 1kg costs $14.99.

* Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free shipping to Hawaii. All orders sent to Hawaii are shipped via FedEx. A flat-rate charge of $39.00 applies to any order delivered to Hawaii, regardless of order value.

** Shipping is free for all orders over $99 (Excluding Hawaii), or for the equivalent to USD $99 in your local currency (according to the current exchange rate).

Tracking

No matter where you live, all of our orders are trackable. Some orders may be dispatched in two or more separate packages due to weight and size restrictions, in this case, a tracking number will be issued for each individual package.

When we receive your tracking information, it will be updated on your order confirmation page (accessible via your order confirmation email).
