Washing:

• Hand wash & dry when possible.
• Use dishwasher only occasionally and if really needed, use the lowest heat/time settings.

Resealing:

• You can reseal your wooden plates with a food-safe wood sealant about once a year depending on use (but it's not mandatory).
• It's easy to make at home (guide here) or buy a food-safe wood sealant in most hardware stores.
